Tickets must be purchased online or by phone in advance. Passengers arriving without a valid ticket may be refused entry. All day trips are subject to availability and minimum numbers. If your trip cannot operate due to insufficient numbers, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that bookings are non-refundable if you choose to cancel.

Each passenger may bring one item of hand luggage (prams are permitted).
Children under 16 must travel with a responsible adult (18+). Young adults aged 16–17 may travel unaccompanied but must carry a letter of authority from a parent or guardian. For groups of young adults, each traveller must provide their own letter of authority.
