Price includes return coach travel and entry to Emerald Park, including access to all rides open on the day.

Tickets must be purchased online or by phone in advance. Passengers arriving without a valid ticket may be refused entry. All day trips are subject to availability and minimum numbers. If your trip cannot operate due to insufficient numbers, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that bookings are non-refundable if you choose to cancel.

Each passenger may bring one item of hand luggage (prams are permitted).
Children under 16 must travel with a responsible adult (18+). Young adults aged 16–17 may travel unaccompanied but must carry a letter of authority from a parent or guardian. For groups of young adults travelling together, each individual must provide their own letter of authority.
